Sherri Thomas, RMT


Sherri is a native of Muskoka. She was born and raised in the Bracebridge area. She attended BMLSS until she graduated and moved to Toronto where she pursued a career in Transportation Co-ordination for the Catholic School Board. After relocating back to the Muskoka area, she found herself searching for a new career.


A desire to help others and an interest in health sciences led her to the Health Care practitioner field. She attended the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and learned the skills required to achieve her Registered Massage Therapist designation in 2003. Sherri started her massage therapy practice in Gravenhurst, and has continued to expand into a thriving group practice specializing in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation.

Her great passion for learning, combined with a genuine desire to help others has led Sherri to continual educational advancement. In 2009 she discovered the benefits of Low Intensity Laser Therapy to augment her clinic services, and was certified through Meditech in Toronto, as a Low Intensity Laser Therapist. It has proven to be a very effective way to treat a wide range of pathologies. Her clients are presenting with improved function and pain reduction after only 1- 3 treatments. In 2014 she studied with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and became a Certified Health Coach. To add another layer to her coaching practice, she obtained basic and advanced certification in an ancient Hawaiian practice for subconscious clearing of negative beliefs called Ho’Oponopono, with Dr. Hew Len, and Dr. Joe Vitale, in 2020.


When not working, Sherri enjoys gardening, creating new healthy recipes, hiking, rowing, working on home improvements, creative artwork, travelling, and spending time with her friends and family including her lovable Cockapoo named Chiron.
